      Apply as a supplier
How do I join a manufacturing supplier network?

Submit your legal entity details, equipment, processes, capacity, quality system, certifications, and contact information. The network then reviews your documents and screens your technical skills. Where required, a trial project or audit follows before approval for production orders.

      What information improves supplier approval?

Accurate, current records improve approval. Provide process lists, machine envelope, materials handled, capacity, inspection equipment, certifications, representative work, lead times, and export capabilities. Consistent documents reduce validation delays because self-reported capability data requires independent checking.

Are dimensional tolerances standardized by the network?

Usually not. The buyer's drawing, model, specification, and applicable product standard normally set tolerances. No universal network tolerance has been verified, so each RFQ carries its own requirements. Always confirm tolerances on the drawing before requesting quotes.

How are suppliers evaluated after approval?

Suppliers are typically measured on conformity, delivery performance, responsiveness, corrective action, capacity, and continuing certification status. Weak results can trigger corrective action requests. Persistent problems can lead to removal from the network, so ongoing records matter as much as the initial approval.
