Talk to an engineerHow fast do I get a quote?
Quotes are returned after an engineering review of your drawing. Complex assemblies or unusual materials take longer, and we give you the expected date when you upload.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign your NDA or ours before you share drawings, and suppliers see only the files needed to quote your part.
What files do you accept?
STEP and STP for 3D models, PDF drawings with tolerances, and DXF for flat parts. Add a BOM spreadsheet for assemblies.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. We quote single prototypes through production volumes and tell you where price breaks occur.
What happens if parts are out of spec?
We document the non-conformance against your drawing and arrange rework or replacement with the supplier. Remedy terms are set in your order before production starts.
Can you support PPAP?
Yes. We coordinate PPAP submissions with suppliers, including control plans, PFMEA and dimensional results, at the level your program requires.
