How do I post an RFQ?

Buyers start from Post a requirement or create a draft in the buyer workspace after signing in. Drafts can include process, specs, and files; publication follows review and entitlement rules before a moderated public preview is available.

How does quoting work?

Eligible manufacturers see matched opportunities in the supplier workspace, prepare a quote (price, MOQ, lead time, and technical notes), and submit it. Buyers review submitted quotes in their quote inbox and can shortlist, request revision, or award. See How it works for the end-to-end flow.

How are NDAs and files handled?

Requirement attachments stay private. Uploads are scan-gated before download, and supplier access requires the applicable visibility, NDA acceptance, and entitlement checks to pass. Custom e-sign NDAs and watermark enforcement remain outside the current self-serve help scope — contact support if your program needs those controls.

How do I manage billing and subscriptions?

Organization owners and billing admins use Billing in the buyer or manufacturer workspace. Where a Stripe customer exists, Manage subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal for plan and payment changes. Entitlements update from webhook sync. Plan overview is on Pricing.

How does manufacturer verification work?

Unclaimed directory profiles can be claimed with evidence of legal association. Claimed and new registrations move through the verification pipeline; verified badges appear only after approval.
